Contains three stories. In the first a young and stupid heir learns about responsibility when his Hybrid Child (a doll that grows like a human when loved) reaches the end of his life span. A former samurai learns about love from his Hybrid Child. The story of how the creator of the Hybrid Child came up with the idea after a war takes the man he loves.
So… in the last episode (I think?) It hints at sex. But aside from that, it’s just kissing. I’m a little iffy on the second episode because the one looks like a young child (maybe 10ish). The first episode was so sad. The last episode was depressing. A lot of the show was sad though. It was cute and sweet and sad and you wanted things to work out for everyone.
Anyway, the romance is there but for the most part, it almost feels like they don’t understand their feelings or they’re denying their feelings.
I’d recommend it if you want something cute and sad.
