Bell Cranel is a newbie adventurer and only member of the Goddess Hestias Familia.
An overpowered boy (with a sort of explanation as to why he’s overpowered) is surrounded by women that all want him and he goes into the dungeon on a regular basis to kill monsters. You know, the usual rpg based anime things?
It’s funny, but aside from that I’m not sure. It’s fairly predictable. You have an overpowered and slightly innocent kid that always looks on the bright side, a goddess that’s sick of being alone. Obviously every female the overpowered kid meets takes an interest in him and for the most part, the men hate him. Then you get a collection of outcasts that have their own scars surrounding him. You know nothing seriously bad is going to happen to any of them. And some of the characters that are in the op/ed that appear they should be main characters don’t show up until like, the second half.
I expected it to be a bit more pervy though. There was the odd scene, but… not nearly as much as I expected.
Anyway… it’s not the best thing out there, but it’s entertaining, looks good and gives you that feel good feeling.
Sword Art Online
Hai to Gensou no Grimgar (I only watched the first 3 episodes, so this isn’t all that recommended, but the back ground art is quite good and both are in rpg world’s so…)
Phantom World (similar feel. Not set in an rpg world but it does have people fighting monsters?)
Attack on Titan (not that similar, but the bosses look similar to titans and there’s a scene somewhat reminiscent of the titans.)
3Ping Lovers (this one’s a hentai but…)
D. Gray-man (both have overpowered white haired boys doing what overpowered boys do)
