When Haruma was younger, his mother had a miscarriage and couldn’t have children anymore. After that, he asked God and Santa to make his mom better and to give him a sister. Many years later he is in college and on Christmas, a biker chick calling herself Santa gives him a little sister.
It sort of felt like Usagi Drop or Daa Daa Daa. At least at the beginning. Then there was a bunch of nudity. Just boobs and butts though. Then, thanks to some misunderstandings and a perverted neighbour, Choco, the little sister, did a few things that are obviously meant for lolicons, like a naked apron for example. Most, if not all, of the nudity was for fan service and had nothing to do with the story itself, which is slightly annoying.
Then, although it’s considered a romance, there’s only a bunch of unrequited love from nearly everyone. Then one character, they kept ignoring and everyone kept forgetting about, then they decided to give him a fairly serious story but left it at one episode.
I’m also a little confused. Choco was there for a year during this. Her friends go to school. Her brother goes to school. She herself seems to be pretty good at writing. But she herself never goes to school and nobody seems to care, even though it appears that she does all the shopping and chores while her brother is at school. Does no one care about this? Why does no one think she should go to school?
Anyway, it isn’t solely Christmas. In fact, only the first and final episodes have anything to do with Christmas, but still worth watching around Christmas time. So I’d recommend it, just keep on mind that it’s full of pointless nudity.
