In crime ridden Detroit, a cop is terminally wounded. A large corporation uses this opportunity to make the first cyborg cop. Unfortunately, he is haunted by memories of his murder and decides to track down his killers.
I know it probably shouldn’t be but… this was one of the funniest movies I’ve seen in ages. The horrible affects (yes, I know that’s to be expected considering the year), the blood, the characters. Nearly everything about this was hilarious. That being said, there was some depth when the memories of his family started to return so….
Anyway, even though I was a little annoyed at the start that I had to watch this one when there’s a version with Gary Oldman and Samuel L Jackson, I ended up loving this one. I’d probably even consider watching it again.
